What do we do?

We are dedicated to personal development: we accompany people and companies to overcome their limits and blocks to achieve specific goals; be they emotional, relational or practical (follow this link to check out some examples).

How coaching works

A coaching process consists of a collaborative relationship between a coach and a client (who can be a single person, a team or a heterogeneous group), with the objective of helping them to achieve their goals, maximise their potential and achieve personal and/or professional change. The coach provides support, guidance and tools through structured sessions and powerful questions.

What does a coaching process consist of?

During a coaching journey, the coach works closely with the coachee to identify their objectives and needs, explore their strengths (the “hidden” talents that we sometimes forget we have), possible areas for improvement and thus develop an effective Action Plan.

The coaching process involves setting clear and measurable goals, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining the client’s motivation along the way. Through different techniques (active listening, powerful questions, SMART, visualizations, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Systemic Coaching, etc.) the coach helps the client to unlock their potential, to broaden their interpretation of reality and to take concrete steps towards achieving the desired results.

It is important to point out that the coaching path is personalized (and even more with the TRIFFERENCE approach), confidential and 100% tailored to the individual needs of each client. The main objective is to encourage growth, learning and self-reflection thus promoting personal and/or professional development. *IMPORTANT: There are situations where the boundary between coaching and psychology may not be clear. In fact, coaching draws – among other disciplines – from psychology. But BARE IN MIND: coaches are not a psychologist, they have different qualifications. They share some tools, but as a matter of professional ethics, a coach is not authorized to work with people suffering from depression or specific psychological disorders. In these cases, with a systemic approach, the accompaniment service will be provided by another member of our team: psychotherapist. One more reason to be trifferent: we guarantee ethics, clarity and transparency.
