Yet both are centered on conscious transformation. To become a truly sustainable organization, a deep transformation is required\u2014of culture, leadership, and everyday behaviors.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Environmental,_social,_and_governance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance)<\/strong> <\/a>must be understood, but above all, they must be lived. This is where coaching can make a real difference, helping to cultivate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Environmental awareness<\/strong>, supporting leaders and teams in integrating ecological practices with meaning and coherence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social responsibility<\/strong>, by promoting diversity, inclusion, and engagement with communities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Good governance<\/strong>, based on ethics, transparency, and value alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>People are the source of change<\/h5>\n<p>One of coaching\u2019s greatest strengths is its ability to operate on both the <strong>individual<\/strong> and <strong>organizational level<\/strong>. Coaching journeys generate a ripple effect\u2014from individual awareness to teams, from projects to strategic decisions.
