A coaching process consists of a collaborative relationship between a coach and a client (who can be a single person, a team or a heterogeneous group<\/a>), with the objective of helping them to achieve their goals, maximise their potential and achieve personal and\/or professional change. During a coaching journey, the coach works closely with the coachee to identify their objectives and needs<\/strong>, explore their strengths<\/strong> (the “hidden” talents that we sometimes forget we have), possible areas for improvement<\/strong> and thus develop<\/strong> an effective Action Plan<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The coaching process involves setting clear and measurable goals<\/strong>, monitoring progress<\/strong>, providing constructive feedback<\/strong> and maintaining the client’s motivation<\/strong> along the way. Through different techniques (active listening, powerful questions, SMART, visualizations, NLP, Emotional Intelligence<\/a>, Mindfulness<\/a>, Systemic Coaching, etc.) the coach helps the client to unlock their potential, to broaden their interpretation of reality and to take concrete steps towards achieving the desired results.<\/p>\n

It is important to point out that the coaching path is personalized<\/strong> (and even more with the TRIFFERENCE approach), confidential<\/strong> and 100% tailored to the individual needs of each client<\/strong>.The main objective is to encourage growth, learning and self-reflection thus promoting personal and\/or professional development. *IMPORTANT: There are situations where the boundary between coaching and psychology may not be clear. In fact, coaching draws \u2013 among other disciplines \u2013 from psychology. But BARE IN MIND: coaches are not a psychologist, they have different qualifications. They share some tools, but as a matter of professional ethics, a coach is not authorized to work with people suffering from depression or specific psychological disorders. In these cases, with a systemic approach, the accompaniment service will be provided by another member of our team: psychotherapist<\/a>.
